I try to create a measure that allows to accumulate the outstanding over 5 years in daily (like in the column "Result:Cumul").

Hi @majid_75 ,

Please try:

Result:Cuml = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Outstanding]),FILTER(ALL('Table'),[Date]=MAX([Date])))

Output:

Besides, it seems that you want accumulate the outstanding over 5 years in daily, the result is different from Result:Cumul. If you want accumulate the outstanding over 5 years in daily, please try:

Over 5 Years = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Outstanding]),FILTER(ALL('Table'),[Date]<=MAX('Table'[Date])&&[Date]>=EDATE(MAX('Table'[Date]),-60)))

Output:

For exemple, the 01/01/2022 is A + B +C = 650, etc... the 05/01/2022 is A+B=550

You don't need any DAX for that. Power BI offers automatic aggregation.
