The highest average value of the most recent month

Hi! I'm trying to code a measure in DAX to return the value of the region with the highest average of the most recent month in the table (the maximum month). The slicer filter would be by product. The date is monthly. Below is an example of data with the maximum month. I corrected the previous post.

Can you provide some sample data or picture?

If you want to implement that the max average value of three products and he max average value  different stories?
