Hi all,
So I have some very long-standing reports that pull both SQL and Smartsheet data. They've been being refreshed multiple times daily for a few months now.
Just yesterday, I went to refresh one of them and got a 500 Server Error when it tried to process the Smartsheet table. What was odd was that the Previews all worked perfectly fine. I'd only see the error upon actual Refresh.
It's almost like that one particular connection got "corrupted" because there was nothing I was able to do to fix it. But if I made a brand new connection to the same exact Smartsheet table, then it worked perfectly. (and in the end, that's how I had to fix it)
Then just today, I got the exact same error on a completely different report connected to a completely different Smartsheet.
I feel like there's something going on with either the Smartsheet connector, or the Smartsheet API itself, or maybe both.
Just wondering if anyone else is seeing something similar.
The actual error reads:
Web.Contents failed to get contents from "https://api.smartsheet.com/2.0/home' (500): Internal Server Error
Thanks
