Slicer into multiple boolean columns with "and" condition

Hi,

I'm trying to solve an issue that is to transform many slicers of booleans columns into one unique slicer that does the same filters together. The point is that they have to work with the "AND" logical condticion. So If two are selected as true, it must return only the rows's that contains both.

So I'm trying to turn this:

I tried to pivot the many boolean columns that I had into to make the slicer work with the Atributes column. However it's working with the "OR" Logical condition.

So, if I select "True" to "HIDROSSANITARIO" and "ELETRICO" in the first version of slicers it returns only Ids that has both as "True". But In the second slicer, if I select both "HIDROSSANITARIO" and "ELETRICO" it returns Ids that has one or another option as "True" and I'm looking for a slicer that return's only the Ids that has both.

That's the pivoted table, on the filtered Rows I took of the "Falses" rows: 



Can someone help me with that?
