Sinoptic Panel - Mapa España / WORLD

Hola buenos dias, no puedo manipular de ninguno de los modos el mapa de españa se sinoptic.

Es un *.svg 

Quisiera poder mostrar informacion en el mapa de españa y en otro del world.

Algo asi como este que tengo.

Y conseguir interactividad de tal manera que se muestra  info cuando de pulsa el punto, que supundo se debera hacer con medidas DAX.

Alguien puede ayudar?
