Showcase total amount of times a question has been answered

Hi There,

Currently my matrix looks like the top example, whereas the questions are in the rows and the years in the columns.

I'd only like to create a column that showcases the total amount of times a question has been answered per year, see bottom example. So you first see the N (total amount of x question has been answered), then that year's score. Same for the previous year.

I was hoping that this would work and would stack in the columns but it does not even allow me to add it to the columns.

n = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('Table Test v1_1'))

I created a sample pbix file(see attachment) for you, please check whether that is what you want. You can put the measure on Values option of the matrix visual:

If the above one can't help you get the desired result, please provide some sample data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file.
