Show Quater,QTD,YoY columns together in powerbi matrix table

Hi I want to show current quater, QTD,YoY in one matrix table 
               

	3Q-2023	QTD	YoY
Loans
GCO
Net

You can use this article to check how to write a correct time intellicence DAX function:

Connect it to the SWITCH function to choose different calculation per Loans, GCO and Net. Or please check calculation groups in which you can dynamically assign measures:

Is it possible to do in Desktop itself, without using any external tools ?
