Sankey visual sidebar displaying wrong total# of movement

 I will graphically show what my problem is :

 

The source is getting split into two destinations. As you hover over the two streams, you can see the total numbers there. On the left bar (Diagram 3) , shouldn't it show the total of those two streams when you hover over? I was expecting the left bar to show 2406+ 898 = 3304. Isn't that the case?

Can you please provide a sample file to test? I'm not so sure how did you create sankey visual and measures used on it.
