Report data no longer updating to correct date.

I have a report with a date slicer and a relative date filter. The slicer is told to show data from the last 7 days and is supposed to update whenever you open the report.

This did work until recently. Now for no discernable reason the report no longer listens to the filters and stays on whatever date you last saved the report. It now needs to be manually updated everytime you want to use it.

How do I get the report to listen the parameters of the filter again?

It sounds like the filter and the slicer are arguing ...
Can you show how it looks?
