I have dataset linked with 4 excel files with 2020/2021/2022/2023 sales details. In everyday I update 2023 file with daily sales records. then I click "Refresh" button to refresh my visuals. This take considerable time since all 4 files refresh everyday. To minimize the time taken can I refresh only selected file daily?

If the data for the previous 3 years is not changing, you can try to uncheck the "Include in report refresh" option in Power Query, leaving it checked only for 2023. This should refresh the newest file.
Thank You Very much lusifer. When I need to refresh other files when neccessary I can tick them & refresh. Is n't it?
