Hello all!
I'm trying to create a specific type of ranking.
Let's assume we have the below data.
Business Area | Report ID | Dimension |
Supply Chain | R01 | D01 |
Supply Chain | R01 | D02 |
Supply Chain | R01 | D03 |
Supply Chain | R02 | D01 |
Supply Chain | R02 | D02 |
Supply Chain | R02 | D03 |
Supply Chain | R02 | D04 |
Supply Chain | R03 | D02 |
Supply Chain | R03 | D05 |
Supply Chain | R03 | D06 |
Supply Chain | R03 | D07 |
What I'd like to accomplish is to give each report a rank within each Business Area according to the number of common dimensions. As I think I'd need a reference report to compare to, the reference report would be the report with the most number of dimensions. Then every other report within the Business Area would get compared to that.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi,
I am not sure if I understood your question correctly, but I tried to create a sample pbix file like below.
Please check the below picture and the attached pbix file.
All measures are in the attached pbix file.
I hope this helps to get some ideas to apply to your data model.
If this post helps, then please consider accepting it as the solution to help other members find it faster, and give a big thumbs up.
