Not sure if I can explain in theory so I'm giving the screenshots of the issue

After loading into Power BI:
By default if the values are same, it is taking the first coming format and getting applied to all others.
Is there a way I can avoid this? or is this the default feature.

When you load data into Power BI Desktop, it will attempt to convert the data type of the source column into a data type that better supports more efficient storage, calculations, and data visualization.
The engine that stores data in Power BI is case insensitive - which means the engine treats different capitalization of letters as the same value: a is equal to A. Power Query, however, is case sensitive: a is not equal to A. The difference in case sensitivity leads to situations where text data is loaded into Power BI and subsequently changes capitalization, seemingly inexplicably.
