Hello, 

I am trying to sign-in, from Power BI Report Builder, using my PRO user, but this is the error

Message: AADSTS50011: The reply URL specified in the request does not match the reply URLs configured for the application: 'f0b72488-7082-488a-a7e8-eada97bd842d'.

I have just upgrade Report builder to September version but I a not sure if this is the problem. I cannot find previous version for the tool to download and test it.

Your Redirect_Path should be same with azure portal Redirect URIs. Please reference this thread to have a try:
