Paratimeline is not working well with date range

Hello everyone, I faced a bug with ParatimeLine 3.4.8 with date range, the date range is not accept the correct range, example when I select the March, start date is 28/2/2023 instead of 1/3/2023 and end date is 31/3/2023,, the start date must select the previous day of start day in date range specified,

I searched about solution, but I did not find any things that may help me. Noted: the other tools in paratimeLine are working well, just date range have a bug.

please, anyone can guide me,,
