One value for multiple IDs

I have a customer table whose ID must be unique, but it happens that for the same customer the ID changes I want to detect the new ID and underline it in red

@sidyahmed_pbix , You need an index column for that.Add that in Power BI

 

New flag column =

Var _id = maxx(filter(Table, [customer] = earlier([customer]) && [index] < earlier([index]) && [id] <> earlier([id]) ), [Id])
return
if (not(isblank(_id)),1,0)
