I am trying to build a pie chart visual using a measure & a column but it doesnt seem to give me correct value.
Measure =
I am not able to understand why it is doing so as both measure & column are in the same table.

@chavanr not sure why you are using ALL, if you are filtering on flag and month year, use following measure:
Measure =
CALCULATE(
SUM(TCC_PROD[Gardenwaste Flag]),
TCC_PROD[Gardenwaste Flag] =1,
TCC_PROD[Date Submitted Month Year] ="July-21"
)

@chavanr try the measure I provided and change it to DISTINCTCOUNT instead of SUM
