Nested AND OR filter conditions across different dimension table columns to create Power BI report

Hi,

i have to create reoprt which has 20 columns from dimension tables and 5 measures from 2 fact tables. and this is a multi fact star schema model . all facts connected with confirmed diemsions.

i need create the report with below filter condition.

can you help how to apply this filter condition ?

I'm a little confused about your needs, Could you please explain them further? It would be good to provide a screenshot of the results you are expecting and desensitized example data.
