Multiple POSITION in a table

Hi,

I need an help.

 

Suppouse that i have a column table (Cars[Model]) with 3 models inside:

 - Model A

 - Model B

 - Model C

 

I want to create a new table that replicate the previous column and adding a counter in this way:

-  Model A ; 1

-  Model A ; 2

-  Model A ; 3

-  Model B ; 1

-  Model B ; 2

-  Model B ; 3

-  Model C ; 1

-  Model C ; 2

-  Model C ; 3

 

Any suggestions?

Add a column in power query

{1,2,3}

then expand that to new rows
