Month to Month Variance display - how to create

Hi. I download a sample file from https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/take_a_tour_of_the_new_sales_returns_sample_report/

and am interested in the month to month variance % display (which can be changed when the month filter selection get changed from March to June for example). I try to click and see which visualisation icon get used but it doesn't show. Does anyone know how to create such display? Thank you

You can use text box to achieve goals.
