I have what i think is a simple question!!!
I have a very simple example, the 2 data tables are much bigger, but these examples show what i am trying to achieve:
I have a spend forecast for the year 2023:
Sales Person | Spent | 2023 | 2024 | 2025 | 2026 |
Simon | 2,500.00 | 2,125.00 | 2,125.00 | 2,125.00 | 452.00 |
I have similar spend forecast data for the year 2024
Sales Person | Spent | 2024 | 2025 | 2026 | 2027 |
Simon | 1,528.00 | 2,251.00 | 2,215.00 | 2,212.00 | 11,251.00 |
You will see that the second set of data has nothing for 2023, as these figures are included in the 'Spent' column.
What i am trying to display is this, when adding the 2 sets of data together:
Sales Person | Spent | 2024 | 2025 | 2026 | 2027 |
Simon | 6,153.00 | 4,376.00 | 4,340.00 | 2,664.00 | 11,251.00 |
The issue is that with the 2023 data set, the 'Spent' value is now 4,625, and when added with the 2024 'Spent' value of 1,528 it gives you the 6,153
Can anyone help?

Are your first two tables two matrices? Do the fields in both matrices come to the same table? If they are not from the same table, whether there is a relationship connection between the years of the two tables. I need more information, thank you.
In the two matrices, are the values put in the measure or the calculated column? Are there other filters that are affecting?
