Mapping Tools for larger (10k+) datasets

I am exploring the different mapping tools but all seem limited and the number of points that can be plotted. I am looking for something than it is capable of mapping > 10,000 points on a map, even if there are additional fees. Any recommendations?

Hey,

 

according to this https://github.com/mapbox/mapboxgl-powerbi the Mapbox custom visual is supporting up to 30k datapoints.

Are there any that would work with street address location data? I think MapBox requires latitude and longitude.
