Issue encountered with DAX measure

I created a report with a DAX issue I could use some help with. There are three filter buttons proviced. I also have a multi-row card visual with several DAX measures. All but two of the measures work as expected. These two measures do return correct values when any of the filter buttons are selected. Your assistance to resolve this issue would be most appreciated. Please refer to the following code snippet used by one of the measures in question. 

Measure =

VAR CurrentYear = YEAR(MAX('InvoiceHistory'[Invoice Date]))

RETURN

CALCULATE(

    SUM('invoicehistory'[extended price]),

    REMOVEFILTERS('InvoiceHistory'[Invoice Date]),

    YEAR('invoicehistory'[invoice date]) = CurrentYear - 1

)

2. Expected output from sample data
