IsOnOrAfter with DESC

Hello,

In this example with "ISONORAFTER" is it correct that the Calendar Year Month is being filtered to be on or before the Max Date because DESC is used?

If the sort order is descending, the comparison to be done is second parameter less than the first parameter.
