Is it possible to use a dynamic variable based on slicer selections from a field parameter in slicer variable?

This variable based on the selection would be used filter a DAX measure for the  countrow dax function with a filter.

 

i.e.

Install Count =

    VAR _SELECTEDSOFTWARE = SELECTCOLUMNS(

            SUMMARIZE( 'Software Selection', 'Software Selection'[Software], 'Software Selection'[SoftwareTable] ),

            'Software Selection'[Software] )

    VAR _FilterCondition = CONCATENATEX ( _SELECTEDSOFTWARE, "'All Devices'["  & 'Software Selection'[Software] & "] = true()", " && " )

    VAR _results = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS( 'All Devices'), FILTER( 'All Devices' , _FilterCondition   ))

RETURN  

    _results

Hi @wdrain,

Current power bi dax expression does not support these. I'd like to suggest you to do these in query editor with expression.evaluate which can reconged the expression and conditions in text strings.
