Hi So i Have a Dashboard of sales Funnel and it has some numbers such as New Oppoertunities, Lost Opportunities, Net Change , Etc.
So they want a place in dashboard where they can write and explain what opportunities they lost the reasons for it and what they gained. Sales people would write it on the published report. It does not have to be saved back in data or anything.
Is it possible to do that?

Using the Add comments to a dashboard or report is a way to add a personal comment or start a conversation about a dashboard or report with your colleagues. The comment feature is just one of the ways a business user can collaborate with others. This would work in the same way as Comments do throughout the Microsoft Cloud Products. There are some specific licensing requirements that you would have to ensure you have done your due diligence on as listed below:
APPLIES TO:
Power BI service for business users
Power BI service for designers & developers
Power BI Desktop
Requires Pro or Premium license
Another option would be one that Guy in a Cube covers in this video:
Get feedback from your Power BI report users!
To close the loop would be to have the Form data, pickup by a workflow that would then upon refresh be added to a Salesperson's feedback section of the dashboard. The image below covers the general idea.
