If we can create such slicer or dropdown in power bi.

can we create something like this in power bi ? suppose we entered "google" then it should be applied to all other charts

Hi, click on three dots on your SLICER visual and select the magnifying glass (search).
It will add the capability to search text.

Another option is to go for a custom visual.
