How to skip empty when calculate difference?

Hello, 

I need a new column to calculate the difference bewteen Column A & B, but B has some empty cells which should be ingored. Please advise.

Try 

Difference = IF( ISBLANK([ColumnB]), BLANK(), [ColumnA] - [ColumnB] )
