How to recreate a SUMIFS based on multiple criteria with sum rage over 3 columns

I have attached an image that shows the original sample table and how I modified the table to reshape the data with the following formula in excel.  I am trying to replace this in Power BI so i am able to create a stacked column chart with the multiple years on the X-axis.  I am open to suggestions to how I can achieve this and or if I need to take an alternate approach.  

 

Any help is appreciated!!

Hi @SLONG0718 ,
You can try unpivot other columns to accomplish your goals.
Here some steps that I want to share, you can check them if they suitable for your requirement.
Here is my test data:

Open power query and choose Theme and stage, then right click unpivot other columns

Close and apply and create a stacked column chart
Final output
