How to model dim tables with target values and connect to a single fact table?

Hi all,

There is a project which has 5 target tables and a fact table as source data.

We need to develop a good data model which is also a best fit for RLS and Page level security.

Do we need to split the target table into a fact table and connect to dim table via 1 to 1 relationship or we can simpley keep those target values in dim table?

The RLS roles are defined based on multiple columns in fact table and the PLS has two levels: 

• Leaders should should see all pages and
• all others should see except one leadership page.

So what are the things we need to consider for model this project and additional supporting tables required.

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
