Hi @Anonymous ,

I understand, that the Created Date or Modified Date is not part of the file. The solution is definitelly working, at least I have no problem to extract this information.
I will try to make it step by step:
1. I have connected the folder, where I have my Excel (number 1):

2. I will use "Combine Files" on the left:

3. This will add several steps in my Query (number 2 in printscreen):
4. I will go back to Invoke function and remove the step after (number 3)

5. I will expand the table:

After step 5 I have my data and Date/Time columns as well. The other columns can be removed.

Hi @Anonymous ,
Go to your Query and go few step back:

From here you should be able to expand the columns and keep the Date Created Column:

Please if this solved your problem, mark it as a solution!

@Migasuke Didn't work because the fiield that I need is not inside of the excel file, I am getting the file from a folder and that field is one of the fields coming with the extraction (Modified date)
