How to find them without data

I have two tables. One with departments and one with educations.
I see which departments have done a training. But I want to see who hasn't done training. For example. Food there I would like to see Dep_1, Dep_2 and Dep_3. How do you do it?

Hello @Bergh ,

you could have department on the row level and education on the column level and the count of dep in the values.

something like this
