I have three tables in my report. Each table has a date field. I would like to create one date slicer that will control all three tables, however, in each of my tables the date fields have different names- Transaction Date, Received Date and Transaction Date. I have tried synching and grouping the slicers but it does not control all three tables. Here is my sample report.
Here is my model. I have all three talbes connected to the date table.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
Hi,
have you tried using only one slicer with Date from DimDate?
Yes I tried using the date from the DimDate, it will only filter two of the tables not all three.
Which one is not filtering? Be sure of that relationship.
Well, I tried to set up the slicers to filter by Year, Month and Day. I cant get that hierarchy to show in the filters. The third table will not filter.
