How to create a slicer with "All Selected"

Hello

I have a table called "Group_Table1" as in the data below.

Small Group

Medium Group

A1

A
A2A
A3A
B1B
B2B
B3B
C1C
C2C
C3C

I would like to show this data in a column chart, but I have a problem with my x axis.

I want to know how to create a slicer with four choices for the x axis, which the available selections are "A", "B", "C" with the Small Groups on the axis(in the image; スクリーンショット (104).pngtop right, bottom left, bottom right), and then "All Selected", with the Medium Groups on the axis(top left).

The default option of "All Selected" does not work this out, as the default option continues to show the Small Groups on the axis.
