Hi I need some help please !
I need to determine "latest status"
So if I have
ID DATE STATUS
1000 12/12/2018 Improved
1000 01/01/2019 Remained Static
I want to return the last status based on date so in this case "Remained Static".
I have tried using LASTDATE but its not working. Appreciate any ideas !
Thanks

Hi
Is your goal to visualize the latest status on e.g. a card? In that case, try the following:
- Select card viz
- Choose the First of your Status field
- Use the date as a filter for this visualization only. Choose the "Top N" filter type, and choose the Top 1 item.
The above only works if you've sorted your data by the newest dates. You can do this in the PowerQuery editor.
Let me know if this works!
