How to write a measure for  CPR=1-(1-SMM)^12 ?

I used CPR=1-POWER(1-SMM,12), however it doesn't work.

Your Formula is correct. I hope the SMM is a measure? If not try

CPR=1-POWER(1-max(Table[smm]),12)

You share the screenshot of the measure you have created to understand.

You are right! I added IF(NOT ISBLANK([PaidOut ratio]) then the issue is fixed. Thank you!

SMM is a measure. But why there are so many blanks? how to make them disappear? I don't want to select Jan 31, Feb 29, Mar 31....... one by one although this is a solution. Thanks!

Not sure how your model is organized. 

The [Ealy Paid Out Ration] measure has zero if it results in the blank. You modify that measure to show blank
