How to Visualise this

So I can create visuals etc etc using data sets. But I've been given a visual (idea) but would need to create the dataset and have no idea how to go about it. The below is my managers "vision"

Hi @Gwigga,

It looks like this is not a supported visualization in Power BI. Based on current "vision", it's hard to imagine its corresponding dataset. You may need to contact with the related department who provided the data souorce. Or you may need to contact the report creator to know which dataset he used.
