4 COY

Above are Dimension of Table.

Base on my configuration, since I have. 4 dimension and 6 report , total I need to create 4X6 =24 Report.

can some one advise how to reduce it to min ?

Hi @admin11

Your sales LY and YTD could be placed inside of a stacked column chart to compare them. Then your sales by year/month could be placed inside of a line chart (Or any other chart that is suitable) where you could drill through to view the year or month. The same applies for GP%.

Hi @admin11

You can use 2 pages (1 for Sales and 1 for GP%). You can then create slicers on the pages that can filter Sales/GP% per month and year. The chart you choose to go with would then display the LY and YTD information.

@Seanan

Thank you for sharing

Do you mean expression for SALES YTD , SALES LY , can place at slicer ?

Hope you can
