How to Change the Date format in the List view

Hi,

My dates are showing as this.... see first screenshot  How do I get them to show as MM/DD/YYYY.   In the Query they appear correctly see second screenshot below

Select Column in the Fields Pane ,On Top under Column Tools go to Formatting option and change the date format  ! In power query date format alwyas shows normal but in report view that format will be changed based on the source data which need to be changed as below:
