How can my colleague update a dashboard during my absence?

I am currently using the dekstop version and updating a dashboard weekly once which is then published to the Power BI Service, to which the extended team is already added. The source excel file for this dashboard is on SharePoint. I am currently exploring the options on how my colleague can update my dashboard during my vacation.

@parry2k Thank you, but apart from just refreshing it, if they also need to edit something, how can this be done. My colleague can only find the refresh option on the Power BI Service, but not the 'edit' option

Thank you for @parry2k  answer , and I have other suggestion for you:

If your colleague can't edit the dashboard, it may be because he doesn't have permissions in this workspace, you can give him more than one participant's permissions so that he has the ability to edit it.

@ManjulaM you should set the schedule refresh in the Power BI service and/or someone can manually refresh it in the service, no need to open it on the desktop and republish it. Data refresh in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
