How can I convert this text to a date?

I'm struggling to find a way to convert this text to a date.

How can I do this?

First convert to DateTimeZone, then convert to Date.

Doing this requires me changing my table to Import (currently DQ). Something very strange happens when I convert to Import. I already have a table visual with my colmns in it, all the data disapears from several of the columns in the table visual if I convert the data table to import.

Any ideas on this or an alternative approach?
