Hide filters on visuals but not filters on page

Is there a way to hide automatically(by default) all filters aplied on visuals, but keep visible the filters on page? From Filters page both:

I think you have to create a specific measure for the visual where you want remove the filters.

It's a matter of Power BI functionality, if it's available.

I don't want to remove the filters applied on data/visuals, but to hide automattically all filters aplied in Filteers Pane only for visuals, but to keep visible the ones appliend on this page or on all pages.
