Get an error when connecting Azure SQL from power BI desktop using Service account

I tried to connect the Azure SQL from PowerBI desktop on my local machine using the service account.

However, I got an error as below:

Details: "Microsoft SQL: A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - The specified network name is no longer available.)"

And I could access the database from SSMS via my own account using below authentication mode
