Get all Column Names from one table as a list and make rows out of this list in another table

I have a table with 5 columns - C1, C2, C3, C4, C5. I want to make another table with one column called "Columns" which has rows with values C1, C2, C3, C4, C5. Is it possible to do this (not manually?) Thanks!

@Anonymous , Duplicate the table in the Power query and Unpivot the columns in power query
