Franklin Gothic Demi Cond" in the PBI desktop

Hi All,

I am tying to import a custom font "Franklin Gothic Demi Cond" in the PBI desktop.

this is the JSON file code i have used

Although the file was successfully imported, the displayed font in Power BI Desktop remains Arial instead of Franklin Gothic.

Any idea how to resolve this. or any other way. ?

Please learn more about the process of integrating custom fonts into your Power BI reports.

After installing the font, close and reopen Power BI Desktop to make sure it recognizes the new font.

Power BI Desktop might fallback to a default font like Arial if it cannot find or render the specified custom font. This could happen if there is a mismatch in the font name or if the font isn't properly installed.

Remember that if you share your Power BI reports with others, they also need to have the custom font installed on their systems to see the visualizations as you do. Otherwise, Power BI will fallback to a default font.

hi @v-rongtiep-msft , thanks for the reply.. but that is not working.. i have tried it. the Font dropdown box shows Franklin Gothic Demi Cond but values is not Franklin Gothic Demi Cond
