Filter values over a sum measure

Hi,

I have a database where I want to filter values over 4.000 as criteriam, the total amount of a specific code.

I tried to insert the filter over 4000, but when I change the fields, the values changes completely.

This is my data structure, where I have the same code for different months.

And this is how, I'd like to see the data.
