Filled Map - Map Northeast 3 Digit Zip Codes template

Is there a chance someone has a working version of the hierarchy of state and 3 digit zipcode that they can share?  I've tried everything but cant get Northeast states to map.  I've seen a few older posts where they have those regions filled but mine won't go below state level in those areas unless i use the 5 digit zip code.  I've got the geo coding on for both zips.

@lbendlin Thanks for sharing this file.  Is it possible there's one for the filled map.  I've got around 3000 points i'm trying to map.

As long as your 3000 points are three digit ZIP codes in text format you should be able to use the Shape Map.

Hi @lbendlin - thanks for the reply.  I'm trying to create a file similar to the one attached but cannot for the life of me get it to map the northeast states.  Maine is left out of this file.  But nothing with a zip code begining with 0 is mapping.  I've seen some pictures and it appears possible. 

It's based off of the file in this thread (message 2) Zip3 File  I'm using Hierarchy 3 zip and Region for legend. 

I couldn't figure out how to up load a file. to this site.
