Fields parameter as GroupBy column in SUMMARIZECOLUMNS

Hi,
I created a fields parameter table, and it works just fine when I use the parameter in a matrix visual.
When I try to use the parameter field as a group by column in SUMMERIZECOLUMNS, I get the error 'Column is part of composite key, but not all columns of the composite key are included in the expression or its dependent expression.'
Does anyone know how a fields parameter can be used as a group by column in the SUMMERIZECOLUMNS function?
