Export data restrictions by user/group

I have a dashboard with 40 users. I want to allow only a few people (5) to be able to export data from my power bi dashboard. I am struggling to find a way to do this easily. Please can someone advise?

@Sammy22 , You can do that at the tenant level, add those 5 users to email-enabled security groups and add them in export Excel tenant setting
