Disable option

Hello! I've tried to perform step a., but the program doesn't accept it and won't let you disable that option. Does anyone know how to turn it off (and that it works)?

Thank you!!lauxx__0-1715796464799.png

That is odd! If you have a date table in your model, right click on it and mark it as the date table - that will also disable the hierarchy (at least on the date field you are joined on in your fact table).

Hi @audreygerred ,thanks for the quick reply, I'll add further.

Hi @Syndicate_Admin ,

Regarding your question, please change your options in the global settings.Otherwise the feature is automatically turned on whenever you create a new report.

What are you trying to do? It looks like the auto date time is turned off and the data table screenshot confirms it since the hierarchy icon is not present.
