I want it as text and it is in text format but still it shows error

At a guess, Power Query has probably added a step on importing the dataset where it attempts to establish a type for each column. Look for the "Changed Type" step in the list and delete the conversion pertaining this column.

Hi Paul - any thoughts on this one?
Similar issue but it is not being caused by any Changed Type step. On a filter step, Power Query seems to be attempting to convert to number when all the data has been marked as text and was at no point otherwise.
Would you be able to share your pbix file removing the sensitive data?
@Anonymous , OPen Power Query, Right-click on advance editor an find your column and carefully change data type
